Rules

We, The Arbiters of the infinity game, invite you to play “H is for heroes”, at your own risk and of your own free will, on the following conditions:

1. Keep it secret, keep it safe. Stay in stealth for as long as possible.
2. Convince us of your sincerity. List your duties: what heroic labors must be accomplished before your destiny in this lifetime is complete. This shall be your official avatar. Only one per person.
3. When the arbiters summon you, report on your doings. You may seek an audience with us, but you may only initiate a summoning once an Olympiad, every four years. Be wary! Even if not summoned for a long time, or never summoned again, the game is still going on. When your heroic labors are complete, and your destiny in this lifetime, we will record what we know of your history, and tell the story of your great deeds and wanderings — in The Summa, the book of books, scribes will chronicle of your trials and tribulations, of your humbling and strengthening — in honor of your victory, and it shall be lauded with glory, for eternity, in the halls of the Olympiad.

This is an infinite game. Once it begins it never ends. Except on one condition: if you quit, which you may do at anytime by emailing h@, specifically, and summoning The Arbiters for that explicit purpose. However, if you tire of this form, you may metamorphosize… If you would like to reincarnate as a new hero, you may do so at any time by emailing h@, but only after reporting on your previous life and fulfilling your duties.
