We’ve done everything from scaling up menu digitization for the food delivery market to improving the efficiency of claims processing for next-generation insurance providers.

As a company we targeted profits very early. Also, it is the philosophy of the company to effectively become a partnership - owned by the people who are continuing to add value. This means that we are buying out our early investors, with ~20% of the cap table reclaimed to date. We have funded this through debt, made possible by our performance. We currently have $16M of debt outstanding across our senior lender Level Equity ($13.5MM), Bridge Bank ($1.5MM), and Capchase ($1MM).

Over the next 6 months we will raise $15-20M and refinance our existing debt facilities. Capital will be used to add cash to the balance sheet, fund AR growth and other working capital needs, and execute our share repurchase program.
