Executive Summary
- Where we are: Today we sell largely custom offerings at high values to buyers who tend to buy a lot more. This naturally lends itself to sales via BD , intro-ops, and referrals, our most consistent channels to date. In this world, marketing’s highest contributions are sales enablement via collateral, productizing referrals, increasing PR, and maturing the marketing organization.
- Where we’re going: We want to be in a world where we have fully productized solutions to known customer problems, sold through both content marketing and product marketing.
