The Technologies Org is comprised of the Engineering, Product, Marketing, Analytics and Design departments. We have several cross functional Teams that are spread across those departments. Cross functional teams are a a group of individuals working on a shared vision. You can view the and each group is responsible for in the database as well as a description of their focuses. You can also view the roadmap of the Tech org using Swanly which is an add-on to JIRA.
To accomplish our goals we have some recurring rituals.
